Our sister Katie Campbell has just received an internship with The Green Program over summer!
"The green program sends students overseas to either Iceland or Peru to participate in immersion programs dealing with issues like sustainability, renewable energy, and water management. I'll be taking classes at Reykjavik University, traveling to numerous clean energy facilities, and presenting a project at the end to the university."
Good luck Katie!

Beta Eta is involved with an organization on campus called Greeks Going Green. This group is dedicated to promoting sustainable habits among the Greek community on campus.
At the first meeting last week, the council praised our chapter for our incredible "Green" practices already! They are referring to our great recycling program started by collegian Stacia Dudley and our switch to recyclable products that we use for our coffee cups and lids. There is always room for improvement but the Alpha Chi Beta Eta chapter is dedicated to staying Green!

This week we are doing our part by promoting the organization. This banner was made by our banner chair, Rachel Levin. We are all doing our part to try to make FSU a greener community!
