Please note the below is a tentative calendar, it is tentative to change/be updated throughout the year.

Remember our Quarterly "Chapter meetings" (conference calls) are to be held the 2nd Monday of January, April, August & December at 8pm. 

August 
  •  1st- start of new fiscal year- remember to click on the Join/Renew Link and pay your dues
  • ΞΩΞ support Beta Eta chapter by writing letters of Recommendation online
  • Conference call for all dues paying members at 8pm (conf call number/log in emailed)
  • ΞΩΞ engage on social media sharing favorite recruitment/bid day photos
  • ΞΩΞ support Beta Eta during pre-recruitment
    • if you are in town please consider attending the alumnae preview  August 17th, 2019
      • please RSVP to the event on the Facebook page if you can attend
    • send cards and well wishes to the chapter
    • support on social media
  • ΞΩΞ support Beta Eta during recruitment 2020 August 23rd - August 29th
    • send cards of well wishes to the chapter
    • provide food for the Bump groups 
September
  • ΞΩΞ  engage with alumna sharing photos of new member retreat, football games, etc
  • ΞΩΞ support the new members of Alpha Chi Omega support via Social media
    • ΞΩΞ  support Beta Eta DVA Gala , 2020 TBD (Friday of Family weekend) with silent auction items. Please contact us if you are interested. The chapter is looking for items to add to their parents weekend silent auction. These items should include baskets, trips, Alpha Chi Omega items
    • Virtually Attend Beta Etas DVA Gala  or sponsor for via 2020 Link will update when chapter has event date
    • ΞΩΞ will engage with alumna thru social media sharing homecoming photos and memories
    October 
    • 15th    Alpha Chi Omega's national Founding date
    • ΞΩΞ  engage with alumna celebrating Founders Day, Initiation and DVA month on social media
    • ΞΩΞ  support Beta Eta thru cards for initiation (Date TBD) email card to us, as we print and provide entire new member class a packet
    •  ΞΩΞ will support BH thru attendance at the Homecoming - 2020 date TBA
    • ΞΩΞ Homecoming brunch held at Chapter house in partnership with chapter

    November

      December
      • ΞΩΞ will engage with alumnae thru social media sharing favorite memories/graduation photos
      • ΞΩΞ will engage with alumnae thru social media sharing favorite holiday photos
      • ΞΩΞ to support graduating seniors thru letters to seniors
      January
      • ΞΩΞ to support incoming executive board thru letters to be given at Executive Board Retreat MLK weekend.
      February
      • Healthy Relationships week TBD
      • MacDowell Month
        • will support the BH chapter via social media
        • Alumnae who engage on social media for the above will receive a DVA sticker in the mail. 
      March
      • 1st- Hera Day 
        • share photos alumnae volunteering on social media
        • Support the Beta Eta chapter with Dance Marathon
      • 2nd- International Badge Day- wear your badge, and support by posting a photo to social media
      • 29th, Beta Eta's Founders Day
      April
      • TBD - FSU Spring game

      Throughout the year we will connect with Alumna thru our #AlphaChiXOXLyre project.
      We will also work to promote Alpha Chi Omega, Greek Life, & Domestic Violence Awareness through the blog.
